How We Source

Every bean we carry starts with a single question: does it taste genuinely good? We work with producers who share our commitment to quality — small farms and cooperatives that take care at every step of the growing and processing chain. We don't source for novelty or buzzwords. We source for flavor clarity and freshness, choosing origins and lots that express their best character without needing to hide behind a dark roast.

Small-Batch Roasting

We roast in small batches — on purpose. Smaller batches mean more attention, more consistency, and coffee that reaches you at its peak. We're not trying to be the biggest roaster on the shelf. We're trying to be the best cup in your morning routine.

Our roasting philosophy centers on what we call flavor clarity: developing each coffee just enough to bring out its natural sweetness and complexity, without masking it with smoke or bitterness.
